The method used for calculating the weekly price is: (monthly price x 12) / 52, rounded to the nearest pound.
For Example: If the property is rented at £600pcm, (600 x 12) / 52 = £138 Holding Deposit (1 week) & £553 Security Deposit (4 weeks)
During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)
Payment of £50 including VAT or reasonable costs incurred if higher if you want to change the tenancy agreement.
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from rent due date until paid in order to pursued non-payment of rent. Please note: This will not be levied until the rent is more than 14 days in arrears.
Tenants are liable to the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s). If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new lock and replacement keys for the tenant, landlord any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant.
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy

Should you wish to leave the property before the end of your tenancy agreement, and should the landlord agree to this, then you will be liable to cover the landlord´s costs of re-letting the property as well as any rent due under the terms of your tenancy agreement up until the point the replacement tenancy commences.
